Playlists and Premium account lost after upgrade to Premium 30-day free trial

Hi there,

 

2 days ago upgraded my Spotify account to Premium 30-day free trial, but now all my playlists are gone, and my account have changed from premium to free again. I would really like to have my playlists back, while I have used a lot of time to create these.

 

Can you please help me with this issue?

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

 

As suggested above, please check if you're logged in to the account with the Premium subscription by going to your account.

 

If this was the account which had premium 2 days ago, and it shows Free then something is going wrong with your account.

 

I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify then.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Im really sorry about your problem. Are you sure that you are logged in in the right account? which subscription is shown at www.spotify.com/account/overview ?

 

And to your playlists.. you can recover them easily by following these steps:

Hello, and thank you 🙂 

In the confirmation email i got from when i upgraded to the 30 day trial, says that it is for this account: 113202677

But on my account page is says I have the user-id: 11162959319

So I might have multiple accounts for the same email, but I'm not sure.

 

I can't login on the spotify app by using the user-id: 113202677, but if I go the "reset password" page, it says that it is connected to my facebook account. Although I can log in using the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

There is no records of deleted playlists on my "Recover Playlists"  page.

If you have multiple accounts, you might get in touch with Spotify (see my previous post above) so they can delete one account and transfer all playlists to the other.

Please include as many details as possible (which account you have access to, which account has premium, which account has your playlists) so they can help you properly.
