Playlists unavailable

Playlists unavailable

Hello.
When i use spotify i got all the songs downloaded and i stay in offlinemode, but I assure that i have remained connected to the online servers before the 30 days.
Now the problem that appears, now several times is pretty ***** annoying. Sometimes, totally random, my spotify says that my downloaded playlists (subscribed to another user) are unavailable offline, and i have to go online and then ALL the lists starts redownload. It takes several hours to finish the download and has a few times now ruined my workout and times where im on the train for many hours etc etc. Tell me why this is happening?

Hey there!

That's not cool.

Just to confirm, do you have any cache-clearing apps on your device?

Also, does this happen after a hard restart, or the battery dies?

Keep us posted.

Thanks for your reply. I dont think i have any app that removes cache, if
so, what kind of apps can do this?
For the next answer, it can happen anytime, ive experienced several times
when the phone functions just fine, no died battery or hard restart.

Hmmm.

Can you let us know which device/OS you're using?

We'll see what we can suggest.

Samsung Galaxy s5

Does restarting your device - including removing the battery for 30 seconds if possible - help at all?

If not, reinstalling the app following these steps is worth a shot, as well.

Keep us posted.

Try to download CCleaner for Android:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.piriform.ccleaner&hl=en_GB

Use it to clear your cache, let me know if that worked.

@mirinzyzz Hey!

In this case, it'd be best if no cache-clearing apps are used.

Let us know if the issue persists after reinstalling the app.
