Step 1




I got an email to change my username to the Spotify's new, user name. I can log in, but I'm missing my usual playlists. When I check the recovery option of deleted playlists, it does not help because I didn't delete my regular accounts playlists that do not now appear. The resetting to a new Spotify username does not help, nor does my e-mail address always used, work to log me in.

Please help and advise.

In addition to what @A_Musicophile, said, i suggest checking out this Spotify Answer in order to make sure you don't have a second account and that you're logged to the right one.
