Please Help - Can't log in - Email problems

Dear Customer-Service,

 

A few moths ago I created a premium account with username "alex97_dk". Now I can't log in because I don't remeber the password.

 

The problem is, that I havn't got acess to my email account. That means I can't restore or change my password. I have paid for that premium account with the PayPal-Account: rabost15@gmail.com

 

I have even one transaction code: 6ET34882XL893903E

 

I hope you can help me - I have a lot of music and playlist on that account, that I don't want to loose!

In your case, you should contact customer support. To do that, log out of the Spotify website in your browser and then use this contact form:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/

 

It is a special contact form that allows you to select the email to which Spotify Support will reply.
 

They'll help you out.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
