Please help me save my account!

So I have an account I made years ago and I don't remember the email address I used for it anymore, I use to be able to log in with just my name and password but it no longer works! Luckily I still have one device that's been logged into this account for a long time, It's my old iPad but I can't find anywhere in the app what email is hooked up to my account! It comes up with a username that's just a bunch of numbers and it will not work when I try it. Please, how can I find the email hooked up to an account over the Apple spotify app? I really don't want to lose my playlists! 😞

Have you tried going onto the settings on the Spotify app? If you locate the button where it says 'Account' it will take you online to a seperate tab. Here you all of the account details will be listed and you will have the option to reset the password too.
