Possible account hack

Okay so I think my account has been hacked. I have been logged out on all my devices, my email has been changed and my password now doesnt work. I cant log in anywhere. I have requested a new password to my email account using my username, but no email has came through so I am guessing the hacker has changed the email linked to my account. Can anyone help please?
