Hi

 

I have paid for Spotify every month via my vodafone phone bill and never had any issues.

 

Today I upgraded my phone with vodafone and got spotify free for 24 months. Once I followed the link vodafone sent me to get the 24 month deal, it said I was already paying for premium (which I knew).

 

WHen I log into Spotify via a browser using the same account details (via facebook) it tells me im a free version, however when I view my payment history it shows the April payment has been debited. I have logged out and in again but that gives me no joy.

 

On checking the status on the app on my phone - it again confirms premium. Therefore the spotify website isnt letting me cancel my premium account, because it doesnt think I have one?
