Premium Issue and Linking Issue

So I am having two problems. One is a problem of privacy and the other of subscription.

First, somehow, someone got my Spotify information and consistently uses it on PS4. I don't even own a PS4 nor do I know anyone who does. I've changed my password and all that but it seems it still gets in. I caught it in the act this time.

Second my student subscription seems to not be working anymore. I noticed I was going to get charged 10 instead of my normal 5. I am currently a student and I don't think it is fair that even though I am a student, my subscription amount has changed without even a notice.

For the privacy problem, contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on. You can reach out to them here. If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

As for the subscription problem, the Student discount should be actiivated, but maybe you need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe as a Student here.
