Premium Not working

I'm trying to sign up for the student discount but it after I confirmed the subscription it redirected me back to the sign up page. Then I gave up and tried to just get the regular subscription and it kept telling me something was wrong with my card information. There wasn't anything wrong, I even tried using a different card and it still would't let me sign up.
