it says you get 30 days of offline, is that per month?

Great question! The 30 days starts as soon as you go offline and resets anytime you go back online. For example, say you put your phone on airplane during a week long vacation, you still have 23 days before you need to go back online. If you don't turn your phone off airplane mode in those 23 days, those tracks will expire and can't be listened to. This helps keep track of how much each user listens to so that the artists can be  payed properly. 🙂
