I have had payments taken out of my account for the Spotify Student subscription for the past few months now. Today, my payment failed, so I called the bank and they said there are no issues on their end and I do have sufficient funds in my account. I even tried deleting my Spotify account and creating a new one, but it still tells me my card or provider is "having a bad day," when I try to submit my payment information. I really hope this issue can be resolved because I have enjoyed using Spotify thus far.

Have you confirmed that your payment card meets these requirements? If so, we'd suggest submitting a contact form directly and our Support team will gladly help you with this. If you have already done this and you've only received an automated reply so far, try replying to it and one of our folks should help out.
