Premium Subscription - Cannot Charge

Premium Subscription - Cannot Charge

I started Premium subscription on the trial a few months ago and then continued subscribing.  During that time, charges were successfully made to my Citi Advantage mastercard.  Then I get an email indicating that payment cannot be received so premium is cancelled.  If I go into my account and try to sign up for premium again, it rejects my card indicating there might be a problem on my credit card comapny side.  I called Citi and they have no record of an attempted payment.   I tried another card - same message.  I sent in a support request and got an email back a few days later talking about something absolutely different than what I reported.  What i s the deal here?... I have never had this much trouble trying to pay for a service.  I see indication that others are having issues with Chase cards as well.  Does anybody have any insight into what is going on here?  Is there a page where we can see known, widespread issues that are being worked?
