Premium User but unable to use high quality iOS

Hello together,

i have ja quick questtion about the premium package. I try to configurate the "extrem quality" for stream, but if i try that i get the massage "The extreme quality is only for premium users". 

Is there a bug or a problem with my subscription?

Hi. It sounds like the app isn't seeing your premium account. If you recently upgraded, could you try the steps in this post.

That would be correct, if i could'nt hear music without wifi. But i can hear my music via LTE. So it could not be a problem with the subscription, and i update my subscriptoin last year.

Free spotify changed at the start of this year and will now stream music without the need for a subscription - the table below shows this. I suggest you start with the link I posted.
