Premium account Hacked

Hello

My premium account was hacked a couple of months ago, so I can't log in. I tried to contact spotify with the contact form over two weeks ago but I have not recived any answer, my credit card was used last week to pay for the account. please help me.

Hey @Evenaa1981 🙂 

When you got in touch with Spotify support before, did you get an automated email reply with a case number in it at all? 

If so can you let us know that case number here? 

If not, can you get in touch again here making sure you use a working email address, then reply directly to the automated email reply (even if its from no-reply) and someone from Spotify will get back to you asap.
