Premium account disappeared

Hi,

 

I was having a premium subscription and everything was fine, but yesterday I opened Spotify and now, all of the sudden,  I have a free account, although, the money for subscription were charged last month (screenshot in attachments).

Taking this unpleasant situation into consideration, I have a few questions:

1. What is the reason behind that change in my subscription?

2. Is it possible to set payment date - 10th day of each month? I usually make all the payments on that day, after what I am operating mostly with the cash, so my bank account could be empty by 15th day.

3. Each time I press "check payment info", webpage gives me message that my payment information is invalid, although I am sure that it's 100% valid. How to fix that?

Try logging out and back in, try all devices if necessary.

Billing goes by the day you subscribe

I've tried that already - didn't help.

Regarding billing - I understand that it depends on the date of subscription, but usually many services provide users with options - on which date to pay. I don't believe that it's hard / impossible for supports to change it.

It is somewhat hard because it would not equal 30 days if the change it. Either you would lose days or they would have to give you free days to the new date. You can always cancel and restart on the day you want to be billed on.
