Premium account not working

Hi there,

I've subscribed for a premium account but it's not working properly. I don't get ads but I can't download, listen offline or change more than 5 songs in a rol. It says those are premium features and I can;t use them. But the thing is my premium account is active. I've checked everywhere, checked my bank acount and I've been charged successfully, I received my email from spotify with the receit that my account is now premium. 

I've tried to log in and out of my account several times, but still no change. I don;t have other accounts and I;m not connected to Facebook.
