Hi,
I'm a premium user (Italy subscription). Now I'm outside my country and I can't obtain on my laptop nor the web streamin nor the Windows download. In any case the website redirect me automatically to the page Spotify is currently not available in your country. This is very annoying, because I'm a premium user.

What can I do to use Spotify?

Spotify premium should work abroad for as long as you ike, provided you come online at least once every 30 days. Are you sure you're logging into the right account (the one with premium)? It's very easy to have both a Spotify and facebook login!

Yes, I'm sure, I have used yesterday Spotify at home (in Italy) via web player with this laptop 🙂

Now I'm in West Bank and I receive the error.

Are you saying you're unable to download the client because of a redirect?

Have you tried going directly to your countries page? http://spotify.com/it would be for italy for example...

Thanks, go thru the country's web page works fine!
I can't use the web player, but the standalone player works!

I don't think the web player can be used when abroad, although that may just be an oversight 🙂

Just to confirm it has been mentioned before you can only use the Web Player in Spotify launch countries, so not being able to use it abroad is expected behaviour.
