Premium doesn't work

I have a premium account since 2 years and suddendly it doesn't work anymore, i have advertising again !

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community.

Having a look at your account, I can see you have two accounts with us. The first was set up through Facebook (Free), whilst the second is on Premium and has the username rochemathilde. 

If you’re not seeing your Premium features, it’s possible you’ve logged in to the Free service. Try logging out of this account, and log back in using the correct username for the Premium account.

Then, close your Free account here to save any future confusion.
