Premium for Family

I am willing to join the Premium for Family plan but i have some questions that i didn't found the answer here or in the website. I have two question:

1 - Currently i live in a different state than my family, but i still go visit them frequently. The plan will work in different cities and states or i can only use in the same city that is registered the administrator?

2 - We can all use the accounts at the same time or there is a limit of account that can be used?

1. As long as your country stays the same it doesn't matter.

2. Every single user has to have own account, so they can use their Spotify at the same time.
