Premium for Family?

Premium for Family?

Hi,

 

I subscribed to Premium for Family as a member -not the administrator- but it doesn´t allow me to activate it as it says that I am member in another plan.

I have subscribed to Spotify Premium again, to try to reset my account but it didn´t work and I still cannot access.

Please, can you help me?

Hey @lmas13!

 

Does it help if you try redeeming the code again at: www.spotify.com/family/redeem with a different web browser, from an incognito window, and delete chache cookies?

Thanks for your reply, it doesn't work though. It still says that I have another Spotify Family subscription. When I access to my account information it does appear and I don't know how to cancel this one and subscribe to the one which I want being a member and not the administrator.
