My Question or Issue

I cannot seem to get my student premium account to work. I have checked that the bank payment has been taken and have logged out of and back into the account on all devices. I have checked that the account and the card are linked and and I have checked on both username and email. I have also checked both through my app and through a browser. When I check check my student details it says that the email is in use. However when I log in into the app or browser it just shows  as free Spotify with the option to upgrade to premium.

Can you please check the current status of your subscription here ?

 

Furthermore, are Spotify payments being deducted from your account ? if so, i recommend trying to track accounts using this help page.

 

Regardless, i would also follow this support page to make sure your student status is confirmed and does not need of any details update.
