Premium not working

Premium not working

I just tried to upgrade to Premium (99 cent deal for three months). My card has been charged 4 times but still no premium. I didn't get a receipt via email and I have tried to log off and on again and deleted the app / reinstalled it. If I try to do it again, my card will be charged the fifth time. What to do?

Hey @gudnyruth, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Luckily, your charges are most likely only pending charges, which means your card isn't actually getting charged. If you haven't gotten an email receipt from Spotify, your charges haven't been confirmed.

I suggest you get in touch with Spotify support via Facebook or Twitter at SpotifyCares and see if they can lend a hand.

You can also get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can take a look under the hood.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if it's from no-reply!) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
