Premium subscription doesn't work

I had Premium and payed with phone bill. Spotify paused it because I hadn't enough money one time. They sent me an email and said I can get Premium again any time. So I tried but it says "you reached the maximum of subscriptions per phone number" but I don't even have any subscriptions. And I can't find any help..can someone help me please? I wanna listen to my music offline again
