Dears,

I've got a coupon code but it's not possible to use it with my family account. Spotify does not accept the code. Does anybody knows why it's not possible to use coupon codes with a family account ?

Hey @joerg-242,

Right now, they’re not redeemable for Premium for Family, or in conjunction with other discounts and promotions, such as the student discount or trial offers. I'm unable to provide you any other info about this but i'll make sure to pass your feedback onto Spotify.
