I pay for Spotify Premium and I live in South Korea.
The mobile phone app was working perfectly until I had to do a Factory Reset on my phone (Galaxy S3)
and now when I try to download the app it's saying that the app is unavailable to me.
Please help

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂
You won't be able to get it through google play, since you are outside of a Spotify launch country.
However, you might be able to download and install manually by pointing your mobile browser to m.spotify.com and following the steps in install manually.

Hey, I'm having a similar problem to the one initially posted here. I just picked up a Galaxy S3 in South Korea, and when I follow the instructions you posted here, I get this screen on my phone (attatched image). Any ideas on what to do? I'd love to keep paying for an using Spotify, so if there's a way that I can, I will.
The mobile site is broken but I escalated this yesterday and it should be fixed pretty quickly.
Ooohh, good to know. I hope I'm able to get it installed on my korean phone. That would make life just dandy. 🙂
