I have Spotify premium and it works BUT only on wifi
If I'm outside and want to work-out to music it will say that it is offline and will not work!

Any suggestions for what I should do

Have you downloaded any lists? If you have Premium and you go offline, downloaded songs only will be available for offline listening!

Hey again!
To make a playlist available offline, if you are using Desktop, right click and down the options you should be able to see "Make available offline". If you are using a mobile app, going to the list you should be able to slide the button "Available offline" on the top till it turns green.

Remember that if you are using both, you will have to manually choose which playlists you want offline at each client!
