Well I was offline for about 27 days and then a few days after I went offline again and now it says I'm not premium anymore?

I'm not seeing any error messages but I'm really annoyed that I'm suddenly not a premium member anymore

It woudl say I'm "free" instead of "premium"

If you had Premium with a partner or mobile provider, i'd recommend getting in touch with them for further information but if you had Premium with your card, i'd recommend resubscribing one more time and checking if the card meets the following requirements: https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/managing_payments/i-cannot-activate-the-30-day-f...
