It kicked me off of premium, and says that my bank is having a bad day. I called my bank and they said that there is nothing wrong on their end, so I tried re entering my card info, and spotify keeps telling me that my bank is having a bad day. What do i do?

Hi @user-removed. Usually when this occurs you can solve the issue yourself by trying a few different things. First off you can try using an incognito window or clearing your browser's cache. This works a large portion of the time. If, however, it does not, then I would suggest trying an alternate payment method if you have one available. 

 

Most the time those will fix the issue, but if you're still having troubles let me know and we can look into getting it sorted. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Cheers!

Yeah, i tried it in incognito, and it didnt work. I am not really interested in using pay pal, i dont want to have a ton of accounts to manage.

I would then suggest reaching out to support since you've tried the easy fixes. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
