Problem Logging into Account

Hi, I've been having some trouble logging into my spotify account.

I get the first error message when I attempt to login using my facebook account

I get the second error message when I attempt to login using my spotify credentials (the same as my fb credentials)

I get the third error message when I attempt to make a new account

Any help would be much appreciated

Can you try to log in using your Spotify username instead of your email?

You should contact Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG), @SpotifyAyuda (ESP) or @SpotifyAjuda (PT).

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
