Problem Offer (3 months 0.99)

Hi, about a month ago I paid for the special offer (3 months of Spotify Premium 0.99 euros, I'm from Spain) and I have entered to Spotify and It said that I was in the Spotify Free, so I entered to my e-mail and I saw that they put that I paid 10 euros for 1 month. Please fix this problem. Thanks!

I'm sorry, but the offer is only for uses who never had premium before, if you had premium before, you didn't pay for the offer,you payed for a normal premium month.

Ahh Ok! But that isn't really intelligent no? I mean I think everybody should be able to buy the offer. Or the solution is just creating a new account, no? Thanks anyway!

I Have the same problem, I already pay for my subscription , I did it through an email I received today on your part, announcing this promotion € 0.99 for 3 months and I have a charge on my account 9,99€,  please fix this o give me my money back. By the way, why I can not write in my language Spanish.

So I have to assume that I paid € 9.99 for 3 months subscription, where the notice does not specify anything new premium users. I find it unclear advertising.

I'm pretty upset with Spotify, I received an email where I was was offering three months subscription for € 0.99, I accepted the offer, to my surprise I charged € 9.99, I went to the forum and I am not alone with this problem.

Now I ask a question.

If this offer is only for customers who have never been Spotify Premium, then what the hell Spotify send me an email with this offer if you already have been previously e¡con Premium client.

I feel ripped off.

Puedes escribir en español, pero NO DEBES, este es un foro internacional, escribir en distintos idomas no ayuda a la gente a resolver problemas.

 

Respecto a los terminos y condiciones, en la pagina de pagina de pago si bajas abajo veras los terminos y condiciones, donde dice claramante "solo usuarios que no han disfrutado de premium antes".

 

Si no estas satisfecho, deberías ponerte en contacto con su servicio de At. Cliente rellenando este formulario, o twiteando a @SpotifyCares.

 


Si recibes un correo automático que te manda de vuelta a la comunidad o páginas de ayuda, respóndelo (aunque sea de "no-reply") y un empleado de Spotify se pondrá con tu caso.

 

 

 

No te olvides de revisar la carpeta de Spam 😉

You can write in Spanish, but you shouldn't write in Spainish, this is an international community, write in different languages don't hel people solve hid problems.

 

About the terms and conditions, in the payme t page, if you scroll down, you'll see the Terms and Conditions, wherenit clearly say "Only for new users who never had premium before".

 

If you aren't satisfied you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

 

 

 


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Está claro  que el fallo es nuestro por no leernos las condiciones de la oferta. Pero también me parece publicidad engañosa. Si yo ya he sido usuario premium, que filtren los e-mails debidamente y no me envien la oferta de los 0,99€. No puedes anunciar a bombo y platillo una oferta así y luego que te den en la cara con un "Que nooooo, que para tí no eees, tonto"

Ahora, a todos los que hemos recibido el mail con la oferta de los 0,99€ deberíamos exigir que se nos diera aquello que se nos ha ofertado... o ir a la OCU y presentar una reclamación por publicidad engañosa.

It is clear that the fault is ours for not reading us the conditions of the offer. But it also seems to me misleading advertising. If I have already been premium user, then you filter e-mails properly and did not send me the offer of 0.99. You can not announce with fanfare an offer and then you say us: "Nooooo, that is not for you, silly"

Now all we have received the email with the offer of € 0.99 should demand that we be given what has been offered to us ... or go to the OCU and file a claim for false advertising.

 

Spotify, admitidlo, esto se os ha ido de las manos.

 

Yo personalmente he recibido el correo en una de mis cuentas de correo, y no me acordaba que no era la que había usado siempre en spotify. He picado y me habéis cobrado 9,99 en vez de 0,99.

 

Pues bien, QUIERO QUE ME DEVOLVÁIS MI DINERO, de lo contrario me veré obligado a denunciaros por publicidad engañosa, porque no dejáis claro en el anuncio esta condición, y sabéis que nadie se lee la letra pequeña. Porque para hacer grande las letras de la oferta no tenéis problema. Eso es publicidad engañosa. O me dáis 3 meses a 0,99 € como me habéis ofrecido en el correo, o voy a la OCU a denunciaros.

 

De ladrones tenemos suficientes con los del PP.

La publicidad es correcta, lo pone en la letra pequeña, el problema es que nadie la lee (como las 90 paginas de terminos y condiciones de iTunes), podeis contactar con su servicio de At. Cliente rellenando este formulario, o twiteando a @SpotifyCares.

Es un poco absurdo, llega un correo DIRIGIDO A TI, que está enlazado con tu cuenta, y ahora dicen que no, que no vale.

¿Y la notificación PUSH del móvil?

Hi,

on the 16th Feb I have subscribed to the 0.99 offer. Unhappily, on the 16th March Spotify charged me with 9,99 euros, without any notice.

I am now trying to have my money back, since I should start paying for the Premium service in May, buy nobody seems to help.

Customer support continues to ask me for proofs of payment, and avoids my questions or my emails.

I am very upset by this situation, mainly because I believe that you should treat your customers with respect and dignity.

I do not understand why I shouldn't have my money back, since it was taken with no reason.

I really hope somebody can solve my issue, or I'll procede with further action.

The same happened to me I had 3 months for £1 now I can't cancel  I paid through PayPal and now I'm bein charged £9.99 a month, if anyone knows how to cancel the subscription  please help!

i have taken the offer and i have received a communication for receiving the invoice by email and i have not received it. Find attached screenshot of communication and order for payment in bank.
