Problem in changing country in settings

My Question or Issue

 Hello, I cannot access my Spotify because of error 408: my Country does not match the one in my profile. If i go to the profile to change this, i see that it says UK (no idea why), and I cannot change it to my actual location - italy - as I can only choose between UK and Germany... I've not recently been in either county btw.

Can you try changing your country setting in a different browser? If that doesn't work, give it a try on another device.

Hi, have tried on multiple browsers, and on different devices. Still, the only 2 options I can have, Country-wise, are Germany and UK, and I am in/from neither.
