Problem linking with PSN

Hi,

I looked for a similar subject but unfortunately, didn't find my answer.

When i try to connect my Spotify account to PSN (on PS4), i receive a message like "Spotify account already linked".

Indeed, i linked my account some time ago to my PS3, but i unlinked it "manually" and then tried to "sign out everywhere" (which worked for my computer and phone accounts), but this didn't help for my PS4..

I sent a message to Sony but they told me to contact the Spotify assistance.

Could you help me please ?

Hey @eneloy_,

You should try this link. If not, go here, scroll to bottom and start a live chat with a Sony rep. Tell them your issue then ask them to look up the account using your PSN online ID. If they find that it has Spotify linked, they can manually unlink it.

Log back into spotify on your PS4 and it should be open and work like normal.

Those links didn't help but i called Sony and they solved my problem ! 🙂

Indeed my Spotify account was still linked to my PSN account.
