Hello,

I used to have a normal Premium Account and lived in Germany. Everything has worked wonderfully. Now I live in Switzerland and want to use the Premium Duo with my partner/roommate. For this purpose, I first subscribed to Premium Duo. This has worked and will now be debited. Then I changed the country to Switzerland. I did this by changing the payment method and entered Schweit as country.
But it still shows Germany in my profile, this does not change.
When I send the Premium Duo Link to my partner/roommate, she always receives the error message that we are not in the same country, although we are in the same WLAN in Switzerland at our home.

I've already tried everything possible, but I'm not getting anywhere and I'm already paying for it. Can you help me here?

The changes will take effect from your next billing date. Until then, your account's country setting will still be set to Germany.

I pay for duo and my mom still can't play her music we had duo for yrs, this unfair to pay 12.99
