Problem with Subscription

Newbie

Hello:

 

I payed for the Student Subscription but I forgot to fill the requirements and there still charging me for the subscription.

 

How can I continue the filling of requirements without having to pay again the subscription??

Hey there! 

 

Thanks for bringing this up to our attention and welcome to the Community.


You don't need to worry about it, the payment on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon. In the meantime, you can check your student discount details and resubscribe at spotify.com/student.
