Problem with changing my facebook email connected to my spotify account

I changed my email on facebook but it hasn't updated on spotify. I needed to change the email because I want to see my year of music 2016 stats and I don't remember the password to my old email account which I have linked to my spotify now (the email is different password than my facebook password). Will it update itself to my spotify account soon or am I doing something wrong? I saved the profile settings after changing my fb main email.
