Problem with payment

Problem with payment

My credit card was expired on January 16, so I received my new credit card 1 month ago. I received an email from Spotify saying that they couldn't make the charge (don't know why, since the number of the card is the same). So I updated the credit card and an error message appeared saying that there was a problem with my bank (again don't know why). I tried several times with the same result. Later that day I got the notification of my bank OF 2 CHARGES by spotify. Despite this, I keep receiving emails telling me that my premium account is not payed (????). Given the poor payment service I want to cancel my subscription, my money back and to confirm that my credit card will not be charged again.

Hey, welcome in the community!

This doesn't sound right. I'd recommend to use the contact form to get in touch with someone from Spotify. Just follow the right steps until you see a bright green button "I still need help" and press it. After you fill in the form and send it, you should receive an automated reply email from Spotify. Please make sure to reply to it as well, even if it's a no-reply, it works! Support usually contacts withing 24-48 hours.
