Problems with Facebook created account

My spotify account was created through my facebook account.  However, my profile name is just number with no pictures.  I have no way to change the profile name.

In addition, when i try to "Find Friends", it makes me log into facebook and then I get an error: Sorry we couldn't load friends to follow.

I have refreshed my facebook connection, but that does not solve the issues.

I solved this using the following steps:

1)  Go to Privacy Settings in my account page.
2) Toggle the "Facebook Data" form's "Process my Facebook Data" toggle to off.

3) Log out and log on to Spotify application
4) Toggle the "Process my Facebook Data" to on.

5) Log out and log on to the Spotify application.

Now my profile looks good and I can find friends.
