So i had two facebook accounts, and i switched them so im logged into the current im using, but the profile picture wont update for me or my friends, but it has updated on the website.

That's odd. Which Spotify client are you using? You can try signing out and back in your account to shake things up 🙂

tried that about 5 times on pc and on mobile, still does not work.
