My Question or Issue

Profil picture and name are not shown. Name is replaced by a generic code and profile picture is the first letter of this random name.

I tried accessing either with Facebook, email or samsung account and it would not work in either cases.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

First up, we'd recommend that you try logging out and then logging back in twice on your phone. We know this sounds odd, but it's how the app forces a cache refresh.

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind trying with a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference?

Lastly, could you let us know if this is happening across devices or only on your phone?
