Public playlists just work random

When I make playlists public only a part is showing in my public playlist. The other way around also. So if I make a playlist private, some still show up in my public playlist. This occurs un Windows, Android and IOS as well. 

This is very annoing. Please correct this bug!

Hi @user-removed, welcome to the Spotify Community!

In this case, can you send us the URI link of the playlist you mention? From desktop, right click the playlist > Share > URI.

Also, we'd like you to create a new playlist and then, add the songs from the other one in there. Does the same thing happen when you try to make it private/public?

Okay, I found out there is a Spotify limitation of a maximum of 200 public playlists. That is what causing my problems.
So this issue is not solved.
