Question abouy refund

Hey i signed up for a free trial and cancelled the subscription immediately. I logged into bank and saw that they have taken 99sek from my account. I wonder if its possible i make a refund? I dont want to use the account if i have to pay for a trial. I have only logged i to my pho e and synced songs so far

Hey @Lordoftherings2 ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can process your request, unfortunately due to the details needed Spotify don't deal with any billing issues here on the community. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hey Lord!

 

I have just sent you a reply.  The reason why you were charged is that you selected the 3 for 1 offer - not the trial.  Please let me know via the support email if you want a refund.
