Random Songs Keep Playing

Hi, 

When im using spotify on any device, ( wndows 10 or Oneplus 5 ) i keep getting random songs playing ( skipping my existing song ) and loads of random songs into the queue,

I have followed the usual guidance to solve this ( change password, log out of anywhere, remove all connected apps etc) but this problem still persits, 

anyone know what to doo to fix this issue ?
