Random playlist appearing in library

My Question or Issue

I use spotify pretty much everyday so i would know what are all my created playlists. However when i logged into my mac a new playlist would appear in my library and its called: My Playlist #4 and this playlist is made by me? I checked my recent playback but its what i have listened. I also checked when the playlist was created right after i logged in and it shows 0mins ago.  Is this a glitch? or did someone access my account?

If you have suspicions that someone might have accessed your account, run through the steps listed in this support article.

My playlist #xxx is a naming pattern for playlists created without a name. It could have been created by accident or by miskicking. 

Let us know if you can see this playlist in your Library and delete it.

i deleted the playlist and i saw the recommended songs to add in the playlist and its nothing like my song choice why is this??

Thanks for the reply.

Sometimes you'll get completely random recommended songs for a new playlist, if the app can't gather enough information about the contents of the playlist itself.

Also, can you confirm that the playlist is now removed from your library?

As of now the playlist is removed from my library as i deleted it
