Randomy signed out on ps4

Ok so I have Spotify on PS4 use it quite frequently and it’s happened twice now where I would be listening to songs and randomly I get signed out I check if someone’s changed my password and it’s still the same it’s qiite worrying any ideas what it means I’ve tried reinstalling too and that’s not seemed to fix my problem I hope it’s not a breach of some kind just and error on Spotify’s end will have to delete the account and re make a profile is it’s a breach I’ve tried changing password like I said and that’s not fixed the issue so please if someone can tell me what’s going on be amazing thank you.
