Redeeming Family Subscription

I signed up for the family subscription but when the main cardholder sent me and invite, it wouldn't allow me to join becuase it said it "couldn't verify the correct address" even though I input the correct address of our family.

I emailed them back and they were able to unlock the verification page so I could input the correct information. I hope you were able to solve your problem.

Experiencing the exact same problem. I opened a support ticket and hope they will answere quick.
