Due to my busy schedule I now rarely use Spotify (about once a week). I forgot to cancel my subscription this month and was charged today(14dec2015) . I would like to terminate immediately. May I seek my full refund?

Please get in touch with Spotify by using the contact form here (follow right steps, press "I still need help" button, fill in form, send it). Please make sure to reply to any automated email directing you back to support pages, even if it's a no-reply.
Their support team should take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly!
