Refusal of card

Hello. I tried to install the premium Spotify but it didn't accept any of my cards for payment (both of them have enough money). What shall I do?

Please double check if your cards are enabled for online purchases. If so, try using different browsers on your computer, and don't forget to clear the cache before.
