My Question or Issue

I got a new phone yersterday, a Puixel 3 XL. I installed Spotify, and wanted to check out my new Release Radar. I had it saved to Playlists so I went there and my Radar playlist name was simply "Loading..." This is odd because the playlist still works saved on my Pixel 1 XL. I went to the desktop and web players to see if I could solve the problem. However, now they've both disappeared there too!

I tried sharing the link from my Pixel 1 XL and opening it on the affected platforms, but then Spotify comes up with "Something went wrong. Try again later". Release Radar also isn't available on my Made For You section anymore.

I even asked Google Home to play it, and I get hit with "Something went wrong, please try again later". Did something get corrupted? Has Spotify lost my recommendation data so it's not autogenerating the playlist? I have no idea what's going on.

My Release Radar is back! I messaged the Spotify support and send some screenshots. They replied, messaged back and forth a few times and now my Release Radar is back. Not sure if they changed anything.

I have this exact same issue. My phone has the Release Radar playlist. I can play all the songs but I can't like/dislike them. It looks like it works but when I replay the songs they are not marked as such.

My desktop player was not updating. It still had the list from last week. I logged out and back in to see if that would update. It didn't. Now the playslit is a black space that says 'bu Spotify' if I hover over it. Clicking it gives the same loading circle and 'something went wrong' when sharing the playlist link from my phone.

Made For You doesn't have the playlist visible and also tried on PS4 but that also doesn't show Release Radar under Playlists or Recently Played.

Mine completely disappeared. I was able to listen to it yesterday and now it's gone. I deinstalled and reinstalled but no change.

I had this problem, too, but I think that it moved to a different part of the interface. If you go to Your Library > Playlists > Release Radar, are you now able to access it? I had the same challenge in finding New Releases until I found them under Search as a big purple button labeled New Releases.

There is nothing. There are all the playlists but not the release radar. I don't see why it should be somewhere else though. The weekly discovery playlist is still in the same spot. But the release radar is missing both on my computer and on my phone.

My screen resembles as does disies's screenshot. Release Radar is not to be found anywhere except in the playlist in the left sidebar. There it's a blank space and refuses to load when clicking on it.

I never saved my release radar playlist, so I don't have it in my playlist-list. But I think I found the past release radar list under "recently added". If I save it, a blank spot appears in my playlist-list and just like the other two people mentioned it here, it's unable to load or play anything. I marked it red.

I'm having the same problem since friday. Android Phone, iMac, PC or webplayer... it's just gone.

Mine hasn't updated since last week. I have the playlist saved, but do not see it in the "Made for you" area.

I just checked mine. It's back! seems I have to thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

I messaged Spotify as well and mine is fixed as well. I hope everyone else had thei theirs resolved too.

I also mailed them along with a lot of you guys, I assume, so together we came together to solve the problem. Yay! Good job everyone who emailed.

It should be working for everyone now.
