Remove all Facebook connections from Spotify.

I can't find anything in the application so I thought I'd ask it here. How do I get rid of all those people who spam that annoying box on the right side of spotify and everything else that's connected to Facebook? I don't want to follow anyone and I don't want anyone to see what music I'm listening too. I only have Facebook to get invited to party's. I wish there was another way so I could get rid of my account. 

If this can't be fixed I'll cancel my premium acount.

To turn off the right activity box, go to File --- > and UNCHECK activity feed

To turn off sharing of what you are listening to, make sure these two option are UNCHECKED in preferences

You contact support so they can help you transfer all your stuff to a non-Facebook Spotify account that uses a username and password to login:

I already log in with a normal account (non-spotify). I was a member before spotify adopted facebook.

In preferences there should be an option to disconnect from Facebook
