Renewed Spotify subscription but it's only activating in a month?

I had to cancel a card to my Spotify subscription lapsed and now I've just updated my payment information but it's saying that my subscription is active but Says it begins a month from today (21 June) how do I get it to start today??

You can login to the website to check the status of your subscription here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

and also check your receipts here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/

In there you'll know if you're currently Premium, and when was the last payment made.

The date shown tells when your subscription ends, which is usually one month after the last date of payment.
